Beck Reznark’s Bladder Guide
Looking for a proven, safe, fast and PERMANENT way to relax a shy bladder and take absolute control?
I guess that’s why you’re here.
And indeed, I have something that might spike your interest, but before we get into it, let’s just get some things clear.
Look, it’s simple to understand the frustration of having a shy bladder. Nobody wants to go through everything it entails, it’s not like it’s something we consciously look forward to. Let’s talk about a very down-to-earth and reasonable approach designed to eliminate any signs of discomfort and anxiety that can ultimately cure your “shy bladder” (without breaking the bank).
To do that, it’s very helpful to describe a very common scenario:
When a man (or a woman) goes through years and years of mental and physical torture, all because of a shy bladder, well, it can be a nightmare.
The very first impulse is to maybe go to a therapist, a psychologist or a psychiatrist, which is not a bad idea at all. However, most of these professionals don’t suffer from paruresis themselves and they just don’t know what it really feels like.
Many of them will simply prescribe some type of medication and leave it at that. Yes, these anxiolytics, “bladder relaxers” or what-have-you may work at first, but is it really worth the side-effects that come with them?
Then there’s the tolerance issue… And before anyone knows it, the next time you try to goo pee, the nightmare takes over all over again.
It’s the most uncomfortable thing ever – and that’s putting it lightly.
After going through countless bad experiences, it’s very normal to try every type of cure you can find. This is with the hopes of relaxing your bladder and letting it flow – as it should be.
Some things can help: holding your breath, gradual exposure and even catheters, but aren’t they really just a band-aid solution to something bigger? Plus they may take quite a while to work, if they do at all.
So the next typically thing to do is seek advice from close friends and confidants. Chances are you might get both good and bad advice. But, who knows which is which? And that’s the problem with this approach, it just adds to the confusion and frustration.
However, if you take a breath and start to think about all the people around the world who have managed to overcome their shy bladder problems… you might ask yourself: What did they do differently?
The answer is both complex and simple. Simple because all you have to do is learn a new habit. Complex because you have to unlearn a well-established conditioned response. The good news is that complex isn’t necessarily bad, it’s the other way around.
When you solve a complex problem with a simple solution the results are lasting.
There may be no other way.
Basically, you can make it happen by disassociating yourself from your conditioned response and establishing a new one, you know, like Pavlov’s famous dog. This way you not only overcome having a shy bladder, but you open the neural pathways to accomplish so many other things you didn’t even know were within your reach.

So, can an old dog learn new tricks? Absolutely! But you have to put in SOME effort in the beginning, it’s not about a swallowing a magical chill pill either.
Then it gets better: you don’t have to force yourself or convince yourself that it wors. Tu put it in other words: the way this method is designed makes it compulsory for your mind to retrain – almost by itself – once you get through the first barrier. After reading a bit more about this method, I’m sure you’ll agree.
Whatever you decide to do, make sure it’s in your best interest and not the other way around.
